HOA's MAY be hazardous?  Yes, I trust Dr. Solomon is bringing into focus the truth...WORSE, JUST AS BAD, FRAUDULENT HOMELESSNESS, (owed no monies, assessments, had no contract, etc...), targeted, terrorized, false lawsuits, on going property damages, death threats...why? In/by some of these groups and their hired talent targeting  VULNERABLE POPULATIONS!
